Michigan MTA member teachers are highly qualified, active professionals in their field. Here, you can search for teachers by zip code and instrument.

To search a wider area, enter the first 3 digits of a zip code, or leave the zip code field blank.

Teachers on The Map

Click a flag to view a list of teachers in that zip code. Moving and zooming the map will help locate specific zip codes.

Navigating the Map:

To move the view north, south, east, or west:

• Click the appropriate arrow buttons -or-
• Click and drag the map to move in any direction.

To zoom in or out using the navigation controls:

• Click the + box to zoom in on the center of the map.
• Click the - box to zoom out.
• Drag the zoom slider up or down to zoom incrementally.

To zoom using double clicks:

• Double click on the map (not on a flag) to zoom in and center the map.
• Use the control key and double click to zoom out and center the map.
